The Food Diaries
I’m not entirely sure on what prompted me to start this. I suppose a comment in passing from a co-worker gave me the actual push I needed to commence an actual “blog” on my everyday food excursions, and I suppose I find it absolutely necessary to implore my readers to eat up and digest, figuratively and non-figuratively, what I find captivating and worth putting in their mouths if they so happen to wind up in the same restaurants as I do or simply, choose to fantasize about. You can call me D.A., I’m a younger-than-average food nazi, and ironically, an aspiring nutritionist. Ironic only because as we all know, the best foods in life are not always the best for you. I’m on a never ending journey to sample all the tastes our nation, and eventually the rest of the nations, have to offer and am here to share my findings with you all. I not only will share and review the foods I find out on the town, but also the foods I conjure up in my own kitchen, as I would like to note that I am also a freelance chef (so I like to think) in my spare time. Thanks for listening, and until next time.

Sauteed garlic shrimp with white beans, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a white wine/lemon base. Prepared by yours truly.
